Do I need an appointment for a uniform fitting?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at our Belleville, NJ showroom during regular business hours. If you’re part of a larger department rollout, scheduling ahead lets us pull the right brands and sizes before you arrive.

Can Atlantic Uniform come on-site for a department fitting?
Yes. For mid-to-large departments we bring fitters, tape, and sample inventory directly to your facility — roll-call ready. Most on-site fittings are completed in a single visit, with sizes locked and orders placed the same day.

How long does a typical fitting take?
An individual officer fitting usually takes 20–30 minutes. Full department rollouts run 5–10 minutes per officer on-site once the spec is locked.

Do you track sizes for repeat orders?
Yes. We keep size records for every officer we’ve fitted, including notes on cut and brand preference. Reorders, replacements, and rank changes can be handled by phone or email without coming back in.

What brands can I try on during a fitting?
Our Belleville showroom carries the major public-safety brands — Blauer, Flying Cross, Fechheimer, 5.11, First Tactical, and others. You can try them side by side and pick what fits your shift, not just your size.
